Bob Phillips is a born and reared Texan and began his career in the Texas tourism industry at the early age of 12 where he worked at Aquarena Springs, one of Texas' original tourist attractions. From sweeping up cigarette butts to glass bottom boat operator to underwater gardener to underwater clown, he had the dubious honor of working with Ralph, the famous swimming pig.

Bob continued a successful tourism career in the Convention and Visitor Bureau business with the cities of Grapevine, Irving, and Addison. He is twice past chair of the Dallas Fort Worth Area Tourism Council, past chair of the Texas Travel Industry Association, past chair of the Governor's Office of Tourism's Advisory Committee, and he was also elected by fellow Texans as a delegate to the first ever, White House Conference on Tourism.

He is a member of the National Speakers Association and is a nationally accredited trainer.

Bob is doing what he enjoys most-----helping companies and organizations be more successful by improving their employee performance and customer service. His specialty is teaching groups the FISH! Philosophy, public speaking, and emceeing events.

His company is called "Improving Your Success".

Bob also enjoys spending more time with his beautiful wife of 39 years, Susan.
